Silt fencing and waste management controls

As part of our commitment to the GreenSmart building principles, we place a high emphasis on silt fencing and waste management control measures during the construction of your new Designer Eco Home. Every stage of the building process can have an effect on our environment so we take special care in the positioning and maintenance of our silt fencing to control water run-off, as well as our waste management controls to reduce the amount of landfill.
