Termite treatment to the perimeter of the house and all plumbing penetrations

As you know, your new Designer Eco Home has a 25 year guarantee against structural damage to your timber frame. We also provide you with protection from termites gaining entry into your home via all plumbing penetrations with the use of termite collars. These are certified to prevent termite access through any penetration which has one fitted. As a third method to really make sure that we are doing everything we can to provide you with peace of mind, we install a termite treatment system around the outside of the house which you can have filled periodically to further deter any termite activity in your new Designer Eco Home.
