Customized solar passive design to suit your block

There are two main factors in the design of your new home, your block of land and your lifestyle. Each aspect needs to be addressed in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Your new Designer Eco Home will be customized to suit both. Our packages include the creation of an individual set of plans. These will optimize the environmental considerations of your block of land, as well as the demands of your specific lifestyle. Our prices are determined on a square metre rate. The prices listed are the recommended sizes for the given style, e.g. a single storey 3 bedroom house with study and a double garage should be achieved in 186m2. If your design is smaller, we adjust the price accordingly. If you need more space, then again we adjust the price accordingly. Each adjustment must be made as a whole square metre.
