Excavation for new Designer Eco Home

All new homes require some form of excavation for the placement of the structural footings. These excavation costs form part of the standard inclusions in your Designer Eco Home package. Whether you are on a completely flat or very steep block you can rest easy in the knowledge that you will not be charged any additional costs associated with your Designer Eco Home. The only time additional cost may occur is when hidden below the surface is hard rock. This requires more specialized machinery and will incur additional costs.
