Concrete driveway allowance of 30m2

For all standard residential street frontage blocks the driveway allowance of 30m2 should be sufficient. Prices for additional driveway may need to be issued depending on the final design of your home. For a more eco friendly alternative you may consider TurfPave. This incorporated a mixture of hard surface and soft surface to reduce water run-off into our storm water system, and ultimately into our ocean. The soft surface acts as a filter to absorb car oils etc.
