Composition Construction Pty Ltd is always looking for new ways to promote sustainability within our industry. The protection of our environment for future generations is paramount to our thinking and essential for us all to address the issue of climate change. As part of our commitment to the environment and the release of the new Designer Eco Home packages comes our Building a Better World –Ford Econetic.

Current driving habits for trade professionals shows an over reliance on large 4WDs and utilities. Under certain circumstances these types of vehicles are a necessity, but for the majority of time, just vandalism on the environment. The Ford Econetic uses only 3.7L/100km, which is a reduction of 67% from our current Nissan Patrol 3.0L turbo diesel fleet. We estimate that we will be able to reduce our consumption of diesel p.a. by over 2000 litre with the combined use of both cars. This equates to a reduction of over 5 tonnes of CO2 emissions from being released into our atmosphere every year.
